Knapp and Moore was formed by its principals Michael Knapp and Dimity Moore in 1993 to deliver specialist services including:

  • Developing and implementing ‘best practice’ 3P management methodologies.
  • Conducting project reviews and audits.
  • On-the-job mentoring and coaching.
  • Establishing Portfolio, Project and Program Offices.

Between them, Michael and Dimity have over 45 years’ experience.

Personal Profiles
Michael Knapp

Michael has 30 years’ industry experience working across a wide range of areas in Information Technology, from programmer to analyst, data & applications architect, team leader, project manager and strategy analyst. He has also worked extensively as a trainer, managing director of his own consultancy, product developer and, most recently, as a course convenor of the Masters Programme in Project Management at the University of Sydney.

Dimity Moore

Dimity is an extremely competent business analyst, project manager, trainer and advisor to senior management across a wide range of industries. Her first priority is business re-engineering and she brings to all her consults the ability to solve the right problems with the best solutions.
