Estimation Tools This toolset is built in Excel and can be used for estimating work, cost and elapsed time across the project life cycle. Project Performance Measurement Performance measurement is an approach to project tracking based on measuring performance across the 6 key indicators: milestone, productivity, resource management, scope control, quality and earned value.
