Implementation Manager - Loan Processing Projects

Dimity managed the business implementation of several projects which were part of Westpac’s centralisation program - moving loan processing and other ‘back office’ functions from branches to State centres, and subsequently to the national Mortgage Processing Centre (MPC) in Adelaide.

Dimity’s responsibilities included:

  • planning and managing the activities of business and technology groups.
  • managing site and user acceptance testing.
  • managing the implementation operations centre (‘War Office’) during the pilot phase of The Mortgage Processing Centre’s national implementation. This Sydney based office provided support to the Help Desks, MPC users, regional management, other Westpac units and key stakeholders affected by this major implementation. This was a pivotal role, where critical information regarding the overall success of the project was gathered and analysed daily.
